The difficulties to cover crops grown in tunnel are due to the non-homogeneous vegetation sizes: therefore it is not easy to find a spraying equipment that offers versatility and a targeted coverage to the crops. In the case of strawberries grown in suspended gutters in tunnel, the treatment needed to be performed by spraying the vegetation either the top or bottom.
This hydraulically controlled pneumatic boom was specifically designed to meet the peculiar needs of crops grown in suspended gutters.
The pneumatic BH TOP boom is adjustable both in width and height, the diffusers outlets can be directed to targeted spray the vegetation, assuring easier operations in tunnels with different settings.
